My Commission TOS
By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:Disclaimers:-reserve the right to discontinue a commission at any time
-disrespectful / abusive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time, commissions will be cancelled if this occurs, with no refund
-I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable completing it
-Terms may be altered depending upon the agreed upon commission type

- I reserve the right to post commissions the rights to post the commissioned work on my social media or for example commissions
- I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork
- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to the rightful owners
- Unless the commercial rights are purchased, the product is strictly for non-commercial use only
- For commercial use, you must purchase from me from around 300% the original price
- Credit must be given must be given when sharing or using the commissioned work in both commercial and non-commercial useYou may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
Claim the artwork as your
Remove my watermark/signature
Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to AI, cryptocurrency or NFTs
Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from meWhat you may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
Print the work for personal use,
Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
Use the artwork as a reference for a study
Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visibleClient Obligations:- Have carefully read through and understood Tos and commission information
- You are responsible for any important information and clear description/references, that will aid me in completing your commission to your satisfaction, such as:
-reference sheets
-mood boards
-reference poses
-description of the character in full detail
- To maintain a professional conduct throughout the commission process
- Respond to an queries in a timely fashion
- To write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission formProcess:- Apart from the initial sketch, and block colours, work in progress (WIP) pictures will only be sent over if the commissioner personally asked for it or if I ,the artist, have queries about the commission
- As standard I usually work with a 4k resolution, so if larger resolutions are requested there may be an additional fee
- After I send over the sketch for approval, I will accept complete one revision at the sketch stage, before continuing the commission
- Sketch and subsequent WIP shots will be sent over a low-resolution watermarked images
- I will always try to complete your commission within a timely manner,. However,
commissions may take a while for the following factors:
-Health, complexity, order of commission, work, school, family issues, etc.
If any of the above don occur you will be notified as soon as possibleRevisions:- One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase, and will be covered in the commission price
- There are limited minor revisions that will be allowed during the colouring/painting stage, that are covered in the commission price
- Excessive minor revisions, or major revisions past the sketch phase will incur additional fees
- Revisions due to my own negligence will be free
- It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes as a minor or major revisionCancellation and RefundsOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
You may cancel the commission at any time and the equivalent to the work done will be refunded with the work completed sent over
If I cancel the commission you will receive the equivalent to the work done will be refunded with the work completed sent over
You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given the approval of the artwork
If a chargeback is filed you will be blacklisted from any future commissions from me, Okami, and I have every right to file a complaint and have all rights to the money you have given me
If no money has been sent commissioner has the right to cancel the commissionWhat you will receive:Images will be sent as PNGs unless stated otherwise
After the client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process, you will receive the following:
- The final sketch
- Flat colour sketch (not available for all commission types)
- Final ArtworkPayment and Fees:Payment will be done through PayPal through invoice using GBP
Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “revisions” above)
The exact pricing for the the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity and type of commission
When the payment is received will depend on the type of commission, and will be further discussed with I, the artist. For example for a sketch, payment would be requested in full upfront
